Service Description. This Site describes Tree Service, Tree Trimming, Tree Removal, Lawn Mowing, Hedge Trimming, Shrub Trimming, Yard Cleanup, Weed Control provided by Emmanuel Landscaping and Tree Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Emmanuel Landscaping and Tree Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Emmanuel Landscaping and Tree Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Emmanuel Landscaping and Tree Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emmanuel Landscaping and Tree Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Emmanuel Landscaping and Tree Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
